Jolene earned an Associate’s in Practical Theology, a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Master’s in Counseling and has spent over 20 years in the mental health field, including private practice. She loves helping women to find healing, peace and stability. While managing a business and running a household with three growing boys, she’s personally had to navigate the stressors of life to maintain emotional balance and work towards optimal well-being. All experiences have ingrained in her the value of teaching women to find balance, continued personal growth and meaningful connection. Now, as a Well-Being Strategist she is passionate about helping moms to be well and learn to be their best selves by managing the inescapable stress and strong negative emotions that come their way.
